Tae Kwon Do is a Korean Martial Art which dates back to the Silla Dynasty. This ancient art teaches the science of empty hand fighting and self defense. Tae Kwon Do is know to use 80% leg or kicking techniques and 20% hand or striking techniques. The School of Excellence is part of the Victory Chung Do Kwan Association which follows that Kukkiwon curriculum straight from Korea in regards to stances and the application of fundamental blocking, striking, and kicking techniques.
